    Hi, I am having a similar problem, where 1Password has never been able to auto fill in user names and passwords on any site or application I use when pressing the ctrl + \ button. I am using Windows 8.1, latest version of Chrome, 1Password 4.0.1.503, chrome 1Password extension 4.2.4.90.

    I have even recently reinstalled windows, which did not fix the problem with the clean install of 1Password again.

    Can someone please help?

    @benkus83‌, have you tried any of the tips in the Ctrl+\ not working (or Missing 1Password button, if that's a problem, too) article in the 1Password for Windows knowledgebase?
