No Option to Enter Credit Card Expiry Date? Fields Missing....
There is not an option to enter the credit card expiry date into my 1password wallet for credit cards. Any help would be appreciated.

You might have deleted the expiry date field, because credit cards in 1Password do have an expiry date.

It has never been there, even when I create a new card entry it doesn't give me the option to enter one.

@svondutch, what is your recommendation for how the O.P. should repair his instance of 1Password? Uninstall and reinstall?

This is certainly a strange problem, but yes I would recommend uninstalling and reinstalling 1Password 4 to see if it helps. You can uninstall it from the Control Panel. This will not delete your data, it will just remove the program.
