Getting an error about an unknown process - should I be concerned?

Running 1Password 4 on Windows 8. I just tried to unlock it and got this error.
1Password has detected an unknown process.
C:\Program Files (x86)1Password 4\Agile 1pLogin.exe
Is this a legit piece of 1Password or do I have something to be concerned with? Virus scans are showing nothing.

What version of 1Password are you running?
You can press that button labelled "Allow" and have nothing to be concerned with.

this is with version 4.0.1.403

It happened to me a few days or a week ago with whatever beta update came at that time (Unfortunately I didn't report it in real time, I just allowed it and moved on, and subsequently forgot.)
