Chrome extension showing user names instead of the names I entered in 1Password

I have some places I go where I have multiple logins (i.e. different accounts at the same bank) but they all have the same userID. Before I upgraded to 1Password 4 the Chrome extension showed the Title or name I entered in 1Password, I used these titles to differentiate between accounts, now the extension is showing the user name and they all look the same rendering the extension unusable for me. Please help.

File > Preferences (Ctrl+P) > Logins > "Show username for matching Logins"
