in 1Password 4 for Windows

I get this pop up whenever I try to use 1 Password. Is this true? It was working fine just a month ago. Is it true that I can no longer use the browser extension in Chrome? I unchecked the extension but now don't have this functionality that I actually need.

    You have the 1Password version 4 browser extension, but not the 1Password version 4 app.
