How do I get a refund for this terrible product?
I have sent multiple emails to the support connection, but to date have not received any response on refunding my money for this product. It crashed my MS Outlook email and forced me to uninstall it. Everything works fine now that it has been removed.

@jmolander, I'm sorry you weren't happy with 1Password. We have many folks using it with Outlook, so that can't be the problem, but we're happy to refund your money.
If you don't find a reply in your "junk" folder, please be patient. Multiple releases on multiple platforms have us running behind on replies, but we will get back to you, and you're entitled to a full refund if you're not happy with your purchase from our online store.
