I cannot use 1Password for Windows, V 4.0.1.503 to log into iCloud using IE 11 and Windows 7. Error message is "1Password could not fill any fields on this page". 1Password can however log me into the Apple Discussion Boards.

You're right -- I'm seeing the same problem. Here are your options:

1. Use another web browser (for example: Chrome or Firefox), or
2. Turn on Auto-Type for your icloud.com Login item:
