Problem w/1Password for Windows vs. Mac

I was just moved to a Windows box at work and purchased 1Password for Windows.

Everything is fairly close to the Mac version I've been using for years EXCEPT the extension in Chrome.

When I navigate to a website that I have a user name and password, it lists my user name at the top instead of the website name like it does in the Mac version. I DON'T LIKE THAT AT ALL!! Is there a preference/setting that I need to change to correct this problem or is this a bug in the Windows version?

    Preferences > Logins > Show username for matching logins

    Duh! Hopefully I will be able to get used to the differences between the Mac (yay!) and Windows (yuck!) versions.
