One password, one company, spanning multiple domains/login forms

I've got a number of cases where a site has multiple domains that share a single authentication backend, with synchronized passwords. This seems like it should be moderately simple to handle in 1Password 4, however, it just doesn't work for me.

I took Amazon as an example, I already have Amazon.ca added, I used the "Add URL" button to add https://www.amazon.com/ap/signin?encoding=UTF8&openid.assoc_handle=usflex&openid.claimed_id=http%3A%2F%2Fspecs.openid.net%2Fauth%2F2.0%2Fidentifier_select&openid.identity=http%3A%2F%2Fspecs.openid.net%2Fauth%2F2.0%2Fidentifier_select&openid.mode=checkid

I also tried adding just "https://www.amazon.com" and "www.amazon.com", hoping that a less specific URL would match.

In both cases, when I hit CTRL+\, on Amazon.com, nothing is listed. When I do it on Amazon.ca, it works fine.

What am I missing here?

Chrome 38.0.2125.77
1Password extension 4.2.4.90.

Hmm... This might be resolved in the latest beta of Chrome. I'm testing further, but it just worked on one form where it previously failed.

@TheDave please turn ON this setting: File > Preferences (Ctrl+P) > Logins > Lenient URL matching
