Secure Desktop No Longer working?

Has anybody else noticed a problem recently with the Secure desktop no longer working?
Now when I click on the "Unlock on Secure Desktop" button, it hangs for about 10 seconds, but nothing else happens.
This behaviour started after the latest series of Windows 8.1 updates from Microsoft, so I guess it is their fault, but unfortunately I can't undo the changes.
Tried upgrading to the latest 1Password version (4.1.0.520) but the problem still occurs.

Sorry, @chrisko; I'm not able to reproduce that problem.
Running the latest build in Windows 8.1, when I click the Unlock on Secure Desktop button on the main program's "vault door" screen, I get the blank screen and the dialog box requesting the master password, as expected.
