Here's something you can try:
- Navigate to the Login page
- Enter your username and password, but do NOT submit the form
- Click on the 1Password button
- Click on: Settings > Save new Login

@svondutch, the O.P. appears to be reporting several sites where auto-save is not working, and one site where the password is incorrectly saved. Were you showing the O.P. this manual work-around while these issues are investigated further?

I can't speak for @svondutch, of course, but there are many sites that (in various ways) make it difficult for 1Password to do its job.
The method he describes may be a temporary workaround, and it may simply be necessary for those particular sites. As noted in the 1Password for Windows user's guide, it's almost always the right "first step" when the extension fails to offer to save a Login item automatically.
We do look into individual sites, as resources allow, to determine what (if anything) we might do to get 1Password to offer the auto-save there.
