ISSUE Firefox (31) 1Password Extensions 4.2.3 and 4.2.4 (Win) crash- must disable & reenable

ISSUE:

Firefox 31 - 1Password Extension 4.2.3 and 4.2.4:
The key icon intermittently becomes unresponsive.
The workaround for this is to go into add-ons and disable/enable the extension.
This however, almost always causes unpredictable behavior

We replaced version 4.2.4 with 4.2.3 and both produce the same results.

This condition renders our Windows version unusable for non technical and untrained personel

Please advise.

Thank you

@relaybookhouse‌ When the 1Password button becomes unresponsive, do you see Agile1pAgent.exe in the running processes? (Ctrl+Shift+Escape)
