Firefox Browser extension only shows results for child popup rather than active tab

I've found that the Firefox browser extension will refuse to show results for the currently active tab if I have a child window that was spawned by another tab open, even if that child window is not active.

Pretty soon, we'll release version 4.2.5 of our extension for Firefox.

Assuming version 4.2.5 of our extension does not solve this problem, can you please send us consistent, reproducible steps? We would love to reproduce and fix this problem.

Repro:
Go to Gmail, start a chat, pop it out, move it to another monitor.
Go to a site, and try to fill the login. You'll notice that the results coming up are for Gmail.com.
