Deletes are not sync'ed between Windows and MAC (via Dropbox)

While executing a number of tests for a separate issue (Custom Field Values Duplicated in Windows but not Mac), I noticed that items deleted 1Password 4 for Windows do not get deleted from 1Password 4 for MAC. And neither does the trash, I emptied my trash bin in Windows but no update in MAC:

    Just curious—I don't know that it should be necessary—have you emptied the Trash in 1Password on both platforms?
