Dropbox not syncing on any device (iOS, Mac, Windows)

Dropbox is not syncing on any device (iOS, Mac, Windows). I am not receiving any error messages. Instead, syncing appears to have taken place (on iOS & Mac - I see no way to check it on Windows), but then none of the changes sync from one device to another. I need to be walked through the solution to this.

    First, add a small text file on your PC, anywhere in the Dropbox folder hierarchy, and make sure it appears in the same location on your Mac. Then reverse the procedure.

    This will tell you whether Dropbox is set up correctly on both. You can also read about Dropbox syncing and setup in the 1Password 4 for Windows user's guide.
