Refund help

Hi,
I sent out a request regarding my license which I wanted to be refunded (30 day refund guaratee) on 18th Oct.
The only thing I got was an automatical support ID on 18th Oct. I tried to reply some days ago. Again no feedback :-(

I didn't get anything! Is this the wrong way to contact the support?

    No, you did it right. They're just swamped at the moment due to the recent dual release on Mac and iOS. The only thing, which I think it terrible, is that sending follow up messages moves your ticket to the back of the queue. It's just a case of waiting.
