Chrome Extension not working properly

Can't save new logins in Chrome. The "Save New Login..." button can't be ticked.
Tried to reinstall the extension as well as the application itself but it didn't work out.

Running Windows 8.1; Avira antivirus, Chrome 38.0.2125.111m (32-bit)

Please help....

Are you sure you're on a login page? (having a password)
