cannot create multi word tags

I'm using 1Pwd on my Mac and work laptop (Windows). I can create tags like "this is a tag" on my Mac but when I try the same on the Windows version 1Password creates a tag as soon as I enter space. However, multi word tags created on a Mac show up correctly in the Windows version.

Please allow entering of multi word tags in the Windows version.
