Why my 1Password is in italian on OsX and in english on Win7 ?????

I can't change language..... 1Password 4.1.0.526 on Windows 7 64bit

The short answer is, "Because 1Password for Windows doesn't yet include a 'localization' feature." In other words, there's no way yet to substitute other languages for the English text that appears throughout the user interface.
We certainly intend to rectify that in a future release, and we apologize, in the meantime, for the inconvenience.
