Already have 1Password for iOS (iPhone, iPad, iMac) but what about my PC?

What's the proper procedure to add 1Password to my PC with Windows 8.1? I want to make sure it will sync up with all my other Apple devices - which I paid for and use daily. The PC has been waiting in the background, but it would be ideal to get it tied in as well finally.

Download the 1Password 4 for Windows installer from our web site. Use its full set of features for up to 30 days. Get your data from your iOS devices to your PC using Dropbox or Wi-Fi sync, as described in the 1Password 4 for Windows user's guide.
