I run Snow Leopard on my MBA and iOS8 on my iPhone and iPad mini. Will your app allow me to sync all my passwords between my machines?

Hi, @guyle. Yes, you'll be able to sync between 1Password 3 for Mac and 1Password 5 for iOS using Dropbox sync.
