Hi, I'm having trouble using 1Password on a PC logging into this site. I noticed on the Forum that you were helping someone in August 2014 with the same problem, except that person was on a Mac. You were offering some kind of fix to that person. I don't know if that fix has been made.

Would you please confirm that it has. If it has, would you please summarize in a series of steps how I should log into this site.

    Have you tried the steps (saving a new Login item for the site, etc.) recommended in that thread?

    Have you confirmed that the Auto-Submit Logins option is enabled on the Logins tab of 1Password preferences and that the Submit option is set to either always or if auto-submit is enabled for that particular Login item?

    If the answer to all of those is "yes", then the Login item should work, unless (as noted in the other thread) the site is doing something wonky.
