Sync Problems between Windows and IOS 8.1

HI,

My Windows systems sync 1Password Data. My IOS 8.1 systems sync 1Password data. But 1 Password will not sync across the two platforms.

    So, you have two or more PCs syncing their 1Password data correctly, and two or more iOS devices syncing their 1Password data correctly.

    If that's right, what sync method is set up on the PCs, and what sync method is set up on the iOS devices?
