Hello,

If I purchase a 1password mac license from the mac store and set everything up to sync with iCloud, how do I then keep my Windows devices in sync with icloud?

iCloud is not available as a sync option in Windows.

As explained in the Syncing your 1Password data article in the 1Password 4 for Windows user's guide, you can sync your 1Password data between your Mac and PC using Dropbox or folder-based syncing.
