problems with chrome extension

Hello,

I've just installed the 1Password for Windows Application. After this I've installed the chrome extension but it seems that the extensions doesn't work here.

After login on any site, the password isn't stored, also nothing happens if I click on the 1paswd button or press ctrl + #.

If I click the right mouse button on the extension icon, I see

In my application, I see this:

Please tell me how to get this problem done.

Please try changing the 1Password keyboard shortcut to Ctrl+\ (or something that involves only Ctrl and one additional key) to see whether that solves the problem.

If that doesn't help, please left-click on the 1Password and post a screen shot of what you see.

Also, can you try the same steps in Internet Explorer and any other browser with the 1Password extension installed?

On left-click, there happens nothing.

1password works on other browsers very well. But chrome is my main browser and I'd like to use it there.
