Syncing Windows 1 Password questions

I just got a MS Surface 3 running Windows 8.1. I'm not much of a Windows person and completely not a Windows 8.1 person. I would like to do the following:

Sync 1Password to the file vault in my Dropbox account which is working perfectly on two Macs, one iPhone, and one iPad. I've tried to sync it, but when I open 1Password none of my logins are there.

Change the "Trial" mode to registered mode. I don't know where my original serial number is. What do I do to find it and how can I input it?

    Do you have Dropbox installed on your Surface 3 and associated with the same Dropbox account you use on the other synced devices?

    Also, is it a Surface Pro 3? (I ask because 1Password needs to run in "desktop" mode.)

    Regarding "trial mode": Did you purchase a 1Password for Windows license or a 1Password for Mac+Windows "bundle" license in our online store?
