Username filled in as X

What would cause 1Password to fill in an X rather than the userID on a website? The entry in 1Password has the correct username.

I am using 1Password, Version 5.0.2 (502006), on Yosemite 10.10.

    Hi @trailgirl,

    Without knowing a bit more detail here, it's hard to say where things are getting tangled up. I would recommend using the instructions to Save a New Login Manually. These steps allow 1Password to learn the fields that it needs to fill.

    If that doesn't help 1Password fill properly, please let me know the URL that is giving you trouble and we can do some testing here.
