Activation problem in Windows 7

I cannot activate the full version of 1Password in windows 7 (i.e., from the trial version). When I enter the activation key, it hangs up, displaying the message "Please wait while we contact the activation server ..."

I figured it out ... it was my firewall. I thought I had turned it off, but ... Sorry to bother you
