1Password for Windows stopped working

I've been using 1Password for Windows on by Windows 7 machine for about 1 month now. It has been working great, so a little over a week ago I purchased the program. I successfully used it again this morning, then this afternoon it no longer works. When I click on the icon in FireFox or Chrome I get the following screen.

Any ideas why I would be getting this? I tried to find a vault but nothing is in either the 1password or backup directory.

I do have an old sync on my iphone from 9 days ago. Can I recover with that copy?

I got it working again. Not sure what caused the problem, but once I figured out where the vault was stored and point back to it, it started working again.
