auto dial up from a saved URL

The user guide doesn't help me in getting "login" from IPassword
I have windows 8.1 and the guide content doesn't "seem" to refer to windows so..
How do I get IPassword to connect to a web site using a URL saved in IPassword?? Help

Are you using the 1Password 4 for Windows user's guide, @KerryMcd?

I ask because there's a "quick start" section that contains the minimum information we think you need, to use 1Password.

Please let us know whether that helps!
