New Windows PC; want to synch with my current iPhone and iMac

I have been using 1Password for Mac and 1Password for IOS for some time. My iMac computer and my iPhone are synched using WiFi synch. I just bought a PC Laptop and installed 1Password for Windows. How can I synch the data from my iMac or my iPhone to the new PC? Can I use WiFi synch? Thank you.

Note that Wi-Fi sync in 1Password 4 for Windows is manual; there is no automatic Wi-Fi sync, as appears in the latest version of 1Password for Mac.
