1 Password not opening on PC

I have 1 Password on PC & iPad. The iPad one opens ok, however the PC one does not open at all. Click on the icon and a blank menu appears just above the task bar but the programme will not open. What do I do now. Will I have to reload the Software and if so where from because I do not need or want to update to 1 Password 4?

Sheila, do you have 1Password for Windows installed on your PC?

Thanks, it worked eventually after completely uninstalling all the other versions of 1Password and then only the 1.0.9.341 version the 342 did not work, had to uninstall.
