Request: ability to resize Attachments field in details area

Pic says it all. When adding a bunch of files, it gets very difficult to see attachment names. In my case, it becomes really frustrated to see the name of the last paycheck file and what to name the next one to.

Would be too much trouble to ask a drag handle be added? Won't clutter the interface and honestly it feels like it should be there :)
