1Password. Multiple vaults. Two devices
1Password is installed on my Windows 7 desktop and working fine.
I just bought a Windows 8.1 tablet to use while traveling.
What I like to know is how can I use the exact same vault on the tablet
as the one installed on my Desktop PC and have both vaults sync?

You can use Dropbox to share and sync your 1Password among all the devices for which we create 1Password.

Would I still need to (or is it recommended) to still install 1Password on my tablet while using Dropbox to share and sync 1Password ?
also, Do I need to install Dropbox on my tablet or just use it in the browser to sync?

Syncing gets your 1Password data to the various devices, but you'll need to have 1Password itself installed on that device in order to use the data there.
