Windows install error code E06D7463

in 1Password 4 for Windows

On Windows 7 The install program ask if you are familiar with 1password and proceeds to state that was a error. If I choose new user I get a E06D7363 error message. I have this program running perfectly on my Macsbut Windows install crashes on the install.

    Googling for "E06D7363" gives me lots of hits for a product named Malwarebytes. Are you sure you're seeing this in the 1Password installer? If yes, where did you download it from?
