[bug] v4.1.0.526 - content does not filter after adding login while filter string is not empty
To reproduce:
1. open 1password
2. Select Logins in the tree on the left
3. type stuff to search field on the right to filter the list of logins
4. click New Item
5. click Login
6. Enter some info, press OK
Expected result:
The content of the list to still show filtered result
Actual result
The content of the list is shown in full, ignoring the filter box, which still has data in it.
Workaround:
Go to filter box, add a symbol to the end and delete it (to cause OnChange event). the content will be re-filtered.

Thanks, @saspus. I've reproduced that behavior on my own system (though I'm not certain whether it's new).
You can do anything to refresh the list area to correct it—select a different category and switch back, update the search filter, etc.
I'll mention it to Dev, but I believe it's a known issue.
