Forced upgrade?

in 1Password 4 for Windows

After entering my passkey, I am being told I MUST upgrade my account. I've already paid a while ago and I just need to install it on my new work computer. Any ideas?

    What version of 1Password are you trying to install on what operating system, and in what year did you purchase the license?

    Just for the record, there's no "account" to upgrade—1Password isn't a subscription service.

    I believe I have Windows 7
    It says 1Password 2 ... is that the version?

    There's no 1Password 2 for Windows. It went from version 1 to the current version 4, earlier this year.

    Can you post a screen shot of the message?
