I purchased a license but the PC app. rejects it... please Help!

Hi,

I have my license purchased, 3 for mac, 1 for PC.

but when I got my password sent from agile I entered it to the PC application I was rejected

please help and fix it for me...

I cant reach you guys on the phone or by an online representative...


and please explain how do I sync my PC database with my Iphone app. thanks!

    How are you entering your license key? Please copy & paste it into 1Password. Please do not enter it manually.

    I can't find a sales record associated with the e-mail address you use for this forum. Perhaps you used a different address.

    Did you purchase the 1Password for Mac+Windows bundle license from our online store?
