Will this work on two computers

I don't currently use 1Password but would like to institute it for my wife who has a devil of a time remembering all her passwords. If it works I too would use it, however I would also like to use it at my office. Is it possible for me to use it at home on my personal computer and also at my office on my companies computer?

Certainly! The 1Password for Windows license entitles you and up to five more members of your immediate family living in the same household to install 1Password for Windows on as many PCs as you need to use it on.
