Import not working

Hey guys.
I've seen import discussions elsewhere but none are as weird as mine...
For some reason 1Password imports just one item... and it's the header line which includes the headers obviously...
What's going on and what am to do?
I'm importing an excel CSV file created from lastpass data.

Are you using the built-in delimited-text importer in 1Password 4 for Windows?

If so, is the import file standard delimited text, as described in the Importing data article in the 1Password 4 for Windows user's guide?
