1Password Conflict between old and new version

in 1Password 4 for Windows

I have three computers. On the oldest I am running a 2013 version of 1Password. On the new computer I purchased and downloaded the latest version of 1Password 4. Things were working fine and all the passwords from the old machine were in the vault. Then I started adding and saving new passwords. I was surprised to see on my android phone it is only showing the passwords that are on the old machine. So today, I downloaded 1password onto a third machine only to discover it also is only showing the passwords on the old (first) machine. Does anyone have an answer for this. Any advice appreciated.

    I'm guessing your old computer is syncing to Dropbox and your new computer is not.
