I'm sorry to hear that you're having trouble with 1Password. Thanks so much for including all of your version numbers in the original post - that gives us a much better place to start things off. :)
I'd love just a bit more detail on the filling problem though:
- Is 1Password not able to fill any Logins in Safari?
- Or are there a few that are causing trouble?
- Are you seeing an error message? (It would be really helpful if you would describe the steps that you take to fill a Login, and what you expect to happen ... and what actually happens.)
Thanks so much for your help in tracking this issue down!

- NO login fills in Safari
NO error message is displayed
Scenario A: In Safari select a 1PW login | Page opens | fields do not fill
- Scenario B: In Safari manually open a page | Select fill and submit login | fields do not fill
- Scenario C: In Firefox 34 (latest version) repeat steps above | fields fill correctly on all sites.
Please provide diagnostic tools compatible with Snow Leopard

Hi @relaybookhouse,
Thanks for the additional details. Let's try installing the latest beta extension for 1Password 3 in Safari to see if that helps:
- Open the following link in Safari: https://agilebits.com/extensions/mac/index.html
- Click the checkbox next to Allow beta extensions
- Click the Download button next to Safari, and follow the instructions on the new page to install the extension
You may need to restart Safari after installing the beta extension. After doing that, does it fill your login info?

- Beta extension installs successfully
- Pages load as expected but no logins fill and cursor sits idle
- Same extension functions as expected in Firefox 34
- Reply if you able to reproduce
- Please escalate

I'd like to ask you to create a Diagnostics Report from your Mac (be sure to select the appropriate tool for your OS - there are two different tools for 1Password 3 listed here:
https://guides.agilebits.com/kb/1password4/en/topic/diagnostics-report#mac3Then attach the entire file to an email to us: support+forum@agilebits.com
Please do not post your Diagnostics Report in the forums, but please do include a link to this thread in your email, along with your forum handle so that we can "connect the dots" when we see your Diagnostics Report in our inbox.
A short note here once you've sent the Report in will help us to keep an eye out for it. :)
Once we see the report we should be able to better assist you. Thanks in advance!

Hi @ Megan
No need to attach a report. The cause was thoroughly described by your comprehensive diagnostic utility.
"4. 1Password's Safari extension will not function when using Single Process WebKit windows (see this post for details). To fix, click the Debug menu in Safari and enable Use Multi-process Windows."
We have been operating with single process windows in Safari 5.1.10 to resolve issues with PDF viewing.
The 1Password extension functions as expected in Multi Process Windows.
Brilliant.
