Folders in extension button with no content

Hi.
I am new for here and and don't know how to solve this issue after searching in the forum.
Some folders are emtpy when I acess them via extension button.
How to solve that?

Those folders probably do not contain any Login items, or the Login items in those folders probably do not have an URL associated with them.

When I open the 1password (not the extension, but the Windows software), I can see several items inside them. I forgot to mention that.

OOOppppps! Sorry. Now I got what you said. Yes, they are not login items, they are other kind of items, such as vault numbers, wi-fi codes, etc.Thanks by your cooperation!
