Desktop App works ok.

That should do the trick.
Have you restarted your computer since disabling the Enable Enhanced Protected Mode option?

Yes I've rebooted several times. The Enable Enhanced Protested Mode was never on to start with.

While I await assistance from my co-workers, Edward, can you explain "stopped working in IE11"?
For example:
What are you trying to do when the message appears?
Did a particular upgrade of either 1Password or IE occur at the time it stopped working?
Also, I'm confused by the message referring to "1Password (x64)" in the title bar but listing "...\IEXPLORE.EXE 11.0.9600.17501 (x32)" in the status bar.
Do you have 64-bit or 32-bit versions of Windows and IE installed?

A few more questions, Edward, that may help us track down what's going on:
In 1Password for Windows, choose Help > About 1Password.
What's the full version number displayed?
On the Browsers tab of 1Password preferences, is there a check in the box for Internet Explorer?
In IE, choose Tools > Manage add-ons, choose the Toolbars and extensions tab.
In the "AgileBits Inc.** section, select 1Password.
In the lower half of the window, what's the full version number displayed?
0 -
1Password 4.1.0.530
IE 11.00.9600.16428
I just installed the chrome plugin and it's working like IE used to work.
