Uninstall 1 Password 4 Windows does not work

With Firefox I use still 1 Pass 1.0.9.342 and it works well. Now I wanted to use 1 Pass in Chrome and somethig went wrong, I installed 1 Pass 4 . I can not uninstall 1 pass 4. What can I do?

@claas Did you install the version 4 extension or the version 4 application?

Assuming you installed the version 4 extension, here's how to un-install it:

1. Start Chrome
2. Click on the hamburger button (in the upper-right corner)
3. Click on: More Tools > Extensions
4. Click on the Trash can icon next to the 1Password extension

Here's how to re-install the old extension:

1. Start Chrome
2. Navigate to https://agilebits.com/extensions/win/index.html
3. Click on the Download button for Google Chrome

Thank you! I got rid of 1 Passwor4. And I installed the old Version 1Password 3.9.21.90 ... so far o.k., but when I unlock with my Password from Firefox the keyhole onely counts upwards and does not open. How can I tell chrome to use the data which I can reach under Firefox?

@class, 3.x may be the version of the extension you installed, but it also matters which version of the main 1Password program you're using.

Something is blocking the (WebSocket) connection between your web browser and the 1Password helper. Probably anti-virus software. Please follow the steps in these articles:
