Eliminating 1Password3 after buying 1Password5

in 1Password 3 – 7 for Mac

I just purchased 1Password5 and thought I had followed all of the steps to get rid of 1Password 3. I eliminated it from Safari and Chrome but it remains on my tool bar but not in my apps. How do I eliminated it?

    Thanks so much for your support of 1Password! Generally, to remove previous versions of 1Password, we recommend simply finding the app in the /Applications folder and dragging it to the trash. You want to avoid using any app cleaning programs, as they can get a bit over-zealous.

    Are you still seeing the icon in your dock even after removing the app from the Applications folder?
