sync vault between pc & ipad
bought 1Password for my iPhone and iPad.. do I need to buy it for the PC too.. Will the vault sync from all devices? IE: iPhone, ipad, PC?

Yes, you'll need to buy a Windows license to use it on a Windows PC. If you want to sync iPhone, iPad and Windows then you're best off using Dropbox sync.

OneDrive is not support yet. However, you don't need to worry overly much about Dropbox's security as it is largely irrelevant.

can I trust dropbox security?
No, but your 1Password data is protected by AES-256+PBKDF2+SHA-512 encryption. Assuming you have a long and strong master password, your 1Password data should be perfectly safe in Dropbox.
