Licence for version 1 not working
Hi,
Bought 1password in 2014 and for some reason it's just saying I'm eligible for a discount as opposed to it just working, what gives?

You mention version 3, but 1Password for Windows went from version 1 to version 4, so I wonder whether the license you bought in 2014 was for 1Password for Windows.
If it was for 1Password for Windows (or the Mac+Windows bundle), did you copy the full license key from the e-mail we'd have sent, and paste it into the registration window?

I meant version 1, sorry long day.
It was the bundle and yes copied email.

May of 2014? That should definitely work.
I can't find a purchase record associated with the e-mail address you use here for your forum account. Did you record a different e-mail address in our online store, when you purchased the bundle license?
