Inadvertantly ordered a duplicate license ande system is a problem
I accidentally ordered another license and paid $24.99 on 11/13, and it is no different in use than the original license. Can I receive a credit? Also, the system is not very user friendly at all, especially when you need to make a change to user name or password. Can you please call me at xxx-xxx-xxxx?
