download - brower extension (firefox) failed

Hi,
i couldn't download the extension for firefox.
I got the message: connection error on agilebits...
please help me without the extension browsing is not funny,

@markush‌, we've had two or three reports of that problem, though we're unable to reproduce it.

One user got around it by downloading the extension using Internet Explorer and then installing it in Firefox.

Please let us know whether that helps!

Hi guys,

I have had the same problem, but was able to fix it by downloading through IE and installing in FF. But I had to figure out how to install from a file first. So - from one dummy to the other ;) - a dummy-tip: go to add-on menu in FF (in general menu), then - in the top right part of the screen next to the search option - there's a gear. Click the gear for a pull down menu and select the option to install an add-on from a file.
